Better Mood… exercise stimulates chemicals in the brain that improve your mood, making you feel happier and more relaxed. Remember consistent exercise makes you look better and feel better, which can go a long way toward increasing self-confidence, attitude and overall mood.

Better Sleep…exercise may help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.  The result: improvements in concentration. Mood. Overall energy and productivity.  Just don't exercise immediately before bedtime, as you may find yourself wide-awake instead. 

Better Heart…exercise helps deliver oxygen and vital nutrients to body tissues, which maximizes your body's ability to function.  That means you'll have more energy throughout the day.  Exercise also improves circulation and cardiovascular health which keeps the heart strong and less likely to develop problems over time.
